Ref 2.18

Change the default screen to less than four colours and your sound gets screwed up. Sam Play
won't work, and the built in sounds, Boom, Shoot and Bell will guru the Amiga. Sam Loop Off gets
switched to Sam Loop On after a run. The command still works, but it gets shown on the screen
improperly.
